Feedback

The Feedback / Bug Report section enables teachers and administrators to report issues or share their suggestions for improving the RealLives Simulation platform.

1. Submitting Feedback or Bug Reports

• Title: Provide a brief and clear title summarizing your feedback or the issue (e.g., "Login Error" or "Feature Suggestion").

• Description: Write a detailed explanation of the feedback or bug, including steps to reproduce the issue, if applicable.

• Type: Select the appropriate category from the drop-down menu, such as Bug, Feature Request, or General Feedback.

• Attach Screenshots: Optionally upload a screenshot of the specific page or issue to provide additional context.

2. Actions:

• Click Save to submit your feedback or bug report.

• Use Cancel to discard the input if necessary.
