The School Game Data section provides school administrators with a comprehensive overview of student and teacher activity, license usage, and game-play data.
1. Dashboard Overview
The dashboard presents high-level data on school-wide engagement:
Total Students: Displays the total number of students enrolled in RealLives (e.g., 349 students).
Allocated Students: Shows the number of students actively using licenses (e.g., 317 students).
Total Teachers: Reflects the number of active teacher accounts (e.g., 6 teachers).
Countries Covered: Highlights the diversity of simulations based on the number of countries explored (e.g., 108 countries).
License Usage: Provides a visual representation of used vs. total licenses (e.g., 64% of 500 licenses used).
2. Weekly Report
Displays a graphical representation of weekly student engagement and activity.
Use this data to track trends and identify peaks or lulls in simulation usage.
3. Teacher and Student Management
Teachers Table: Lists all registered teachers, showing their name, last login date, status (Active or Inactive), and an Edit option for managing profiles.
Students Table: Displays student names, last login date, status (Active or Inactive), and an Edit option for profile adjustments.
Purpose: Quickly identify inactive accounts and ensure all teachers and students have access to simulations.
4. School Game Data
1. Lives Overview
Lives in Progress: Displays the total number of active simulations currently being played by students (e.g., 173 lives).
Completed Lives: Tracks the number of lives that have been fully simulated (e.g., 21 lives).
2. Gender Distribution
Highlights the number of male and female lives simulated:
3. Geographic Coverage
Lives by Location: Provides a world map visualization, showcasing the countries where lives have been simulated.
Distribution Types: A pie chart breaks down life simulations by type, with a legend to identify categories such as:
Random Life
Design a Life
SDG-Based Lives
Life with Assignments
Life Using Groups
Age Skip Life
Group Lives: Tracks the number of lives simulated in group-based sessions (e.g., 105 group lives).
Top 4 SDGs: Highlights the most chosen SDGs by students during simulations (e.g., Goal 1: No Poverty, 5 instances).
Complete SDG Breakdown: Provides a comprehensive view of all SDGs chosen, encouraging focus on real-world challenges like:
No Poverty (Goal 1)
Zero Hunger (Goal 2)
Good Health and Well-Being (Goal 3)
Quality Education (Goal 4)
Complete Lives Leaderboard:
Lists students ranked by the number of lives they have fully completed, promoting healthy competition.
Includes student names, ranks, and the number of completed lives.
Incomplete Lives Leaderboard:
Tracks students with simulations in progress, encouraging them to complete their lives.
Displays names, ranks, and incomplete lives.
