License Management

The License Management section allows school/university admins to monitor, manage, and purchase licenses to ensure smooth access to RealLives Simulation for their students.

1. Active Licenses

This page provides an overview of the current licenses associated with your school or institution.

• Key Details Displayed:

  • Purchase Date: Date when the license was acquired.

  • Product Type: Type of license purchased (e.g., Small School - Type 1).

  • Licenses: Total number of licenses available.

  • Price Paid: Amount paid for the licenses.

  • Expiry Date: Date when the license expires.

• Actions:

  • Use the Renew License button to extend the validity of expiring licenses.

  • Export license data for record-keeping or institutional reporting using the Export button.

2. Orders

The Orders page provides a detailed history of past license purchases.

• Key Details Displayed:

  • Purchase Date: The date of purchase.

  • User: The account associated with the order.

  • Product: The type of license purchased.

  • Licenses: Number of licenses included in the order.

  • Price Paid: Total cost of the order.

  • Status: Displays whether the payment was successful (e.g., Paid).

• Purpose:

  • Keep track of license purchase history for budget and planning.

  • Verify payment statuses for completed orders.

3. Buy License

This page allows you to purchase new licenses for your school or institution.

• Licensing Plans:

  • Small School: $149 for 250 licenses (1-year validity, $49 renewal fee).

  • Medium School: $299 for 500 licenses (1-year validity, $99 renewal fee).

  • Big School: $599 for 1100 licenses (1-year validity, $199 renewal fee).

• Payment Options:

  • Choose from PayPal, Apple Pay, or Google Pay for secure transactions.

• Steps to Purchase:

  1. Select the appropriate plan based on your institution's needs.

  2. Click Buy Now and complete the payment.

  3. The licenses will be immediately available under the Active Licenses section.
