1] Creating Global Citizenship Classes with RealBoard

You can use this feature to assign various tasks and activities to students. For detailed information on creating classes with RealBoard, refer to the section below:

2] Managing School/University Data

Monitor the number and status of students as well as teachers/professors. The school/university game data provides comprehensive statistics and data for all created classes. Personal game data includes statistics and insights for games participated in directly by the user.

Key Features -

i] Managing Students

View lists of Allocated Students and De-allocated Students.

ii] Viewing Teachers/Professors

Check the list of peers.

iii] School Game Data

The school game data section enables administrators to comprehensively monitor student and teacher activities, license usage, and game data.

1. Dashboard Overview

The dashboard provides participation data for the entire school:

  • Total Students: Displays the number of students registered in RealLives (e.g., 349 students).

  • Allocated Students: Shows the number of students with active licenses (e.g., 317 students).

  • Total Teachers: Reflects the number of active teacher accounts (e.g., 6 teachers).

  • Explored Countries: Highlights the diversity of simulations based on the number of countries explored (e.g., 108 countries).

  • License Usage: Visual representation of licenses used versus total licenses (e.g., 64% of 500 licenses used).

2. Weekly Reports

  • Displays weekly student activity and engagement in graph form.

  • Use this data to track increases or decreases in usage.

3. Teacher and Student Management

  • Teacher Table: Lists all registered teachers, including names, last login dates, statuses (Active/Inactive), and an Edit option for profile management.

  • Student Table: Displays student names, last login dates, statuses (Active/Inactive), and an Edit option for profile adjustments.

  • Purpose: Quickly identify inactive accounts and ensure all teachers and students can access simulations.

4. School Game Data

1. Life Overview

  • Ongoing Lives: Displays the total number of simulations currently being played by students (e.g., 173 lives).

  • Completed Lives: Tracks the number of completed simulations (e.g., 21 lives).

2. Gender Distribution

  • Highlights the number of male and female lives simulated.

3. Geographic Scope

  • Location-Based Lives: Provides a world map visualization of countries where simulations have been conducted.

5. Distribution of Lives

  • Types of Distribution: Offers a pie chart categorizing simulated lives. The legend identifies the following categories:

    • Random Life

    • Design a Life

    • SDG-Based Lives

    • Life with Assignments

    • Life Using Groups

    • Age Skip Life

  • Group Lives: Tracks the number of lives simulated in group-based sessions (e.g., 105 group lives).

6. Sustainable Development Goal (SDG) Data

  • Top 4 SDGs: Highlights the SDGs most frequently selected by students during simulations (e.g., Goal 1: No Poverty, selected 5 times).

  • Overall SDG Analysis: Provides a comprehensive view of all selected SDGs, focusing on real-world challenges such as:

    • No Poverty (Goal 1)

    • Zero Hunger (Goal 2)

    • Good Health and Well-Being (Goal 3)

    • Quality Education (Goal 4)
